John Torres joined FTGU as Senior Vice-President in January of 2008. As Senior VP, John continuously strives to improve operational procedures and has been integral in developing the denials management and workflow methodology that has enabled FTGU to enjoy unprecedented success in the Insurance A/R Recovery market. Prior to joining FTGU, John worked for over 10 years in the Telecommunications industry, providing operational support and guidance to companies like Lucent, Global Crossing, EDS, GTE, AT&T, and Nortel. In addition, John started his career as a Microsoft certified trainer and continues to use the skills he developed as a trainer to improve the efficiency and knowledge base of FTGU’s cadre of billing consultants and managers. Currently, John is both a PMI and AAPC certified coder and fervently believes that continuing education and training is the foundation of any professional services company.
